Who should get in touch, and what to include

Everything arrives at the same address, so a clear first line saves a round trip. These are the five reasons people usually write.

Customers and prospective customers of Claudphic Ads

Questions about attribution setup, offline conversion upload, Google Ads or Meta integration, pricing, or whether the product fits a particular funnel. If you already run ads, telling us roughly what you spend and where your leads convert — form, phone, WhatsApp — lets us answer specifically rather than generally. Product support requests are usually better sent through Claudphic Ads directly, but nothing sent here gets lost.

Providers, advertisers and affiliate networks

If you are a financial provider that appears on Unfiltered Choice, or wants to, include the product, the URL of the page in question, and the specific request. Corrections to factual details — fees, eligibility, features — are handled quickly and gratefully; we would rather be corrected than be wrong.

What we cannot discuss is ranking position. Scores come from the published rubric, produced before commercial terms are considered. Directly sold placements, when they launch, will be labelled as advertising and will sit outside the ranked comparison. That constraint is explained in full on the independence policy.

Platform, API and compliance reviewers

Google Ads API reviewers, Meta platform reviewers, payment processors and affiliate networks conducting legitimacy checks are a real and expected category of enquiry. Tell us which programme you are reviewing for and what documentation you need. These requests are treated as priority, because features our customers already pay for depend on them.

Press, research and academic enquiries

We will answer questions about our own methodology, structure, revenue model and product mechanics on the record. We will not speculate about competitors we have not measured, and we will not provide a quote endorsing a claim we cannot evidence. Deadlines respected where physically possible — say the deadline in your first message.

Conflict-of-interest reports

If you believe Claudphic has broken one of its published rules, send the URL and a description of the concern. It is acknowledged within two working days, investigated, and answered in writing — including when we conclude there is no conflict. Where a correction is warranted, it is published on the affected page with a date and a note describing what changed. The full process is on the independence page.

How to get a fast, useful answer

Everything arrives in one place and is read by one person, which is why a well-framed message gets a better reply than a long one. Four things help disproportionately.

Say what you want in the first two lines. Not a preamble about how impressive the site is. "I run a coaching business in Pune spending about ₹1.5 lakh a month on Google Ads and I cannot tell which campaigns produce enrolments" is a message that can be answered properly in one reply.

Include the specifics that determine the answer. For product questions: roughly what you spend, where your leads convert, and which platforms you run. For a factual correction on the publication: the URL and the corrected detail. For platform review: the programme and the documentation required. Most slow replies are slow because a round trip was needed to establish something that could have been in the first message.

Say if there is a deadline. Journalists in particular should state it up front. We would rather reorganise a day than miss a deadline we were not told about.

Tell us if you would rather not be quoted. We treat correspondence as private by default and will never publish a message or a name without asking first. But if something is explicitly off the record, saying so removes any ambiguity.

What happens after you write

There is no ticketing system, no auto-responder and no queue position. A message arrives in an inbox that a person reads.

In practice: your message is read within a working day. If it can be answered properly straight away, it is. If it needs research — checking a fee schedule, pulling a record, verifying a claim on a comparison page — you receive an acknowledgement inside two working days telling you it is being looked at and roughly when to expect the substantive reply. That acknowledgement is a real commitment, not a formality; a company that publishes a response standard and then quietly ignores it has undermined every other claim on the site.

If we cannot help, we say so directly rather than going quiet. Silence is the most common way companies answer inconvenient enquiries, and it is worse for everyone than a short honest no.

Escalating something we handled badly

If a reply was wrong, unhelpful, or never arrived, write again and say so plainly. There is no separate complaints department to route you to — the same person who got it wrong is the person who will fix it, which at this company size is a feature rather than an evasion.

For matters concerning editorial integrity on Unfiltered Choice specifically, the independence policy sets out a defined process with a published correction commitment. That process exists precisely so that a concern about editorial conduct does not depend on the goodwill of whoever happens to read the email.

What we will not do with your message

Messages sent to Claudphic are not added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter opt-in hidden in this page, no drip sequence, and no sale or sharing of contact details with third parties. If you write once about one thing, you will hear from us about that thing and then not again unless you write back.

Correspondence is retained only as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Requests we will decline

To save everyone time: Claudphic does not take on custom software development, white-label builds, agency retainers, SEO services, staff augmentation, paid placement, sponsored posts, guest posts or link exchanges. The reasoning is set out on the services page. These are declined politely and quickly rather than left unanswered.
